It depends on if you are booking with Hannah via The London Practice or privately. If you book with Hannah through The London Practice, insurance clients are covered through their private insurance and paying a supplement fee. For non-insurance clients, sessions are £180 per session. If you book with Hannah privately, she accepts insurance clients only via Bupa, Aviva, Axa, and WPA.

The initial session is an opportunity for you and Hannah to get to know each other. You'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your personal history, and any specific goals you have. This session also allows you to ask questions and determine if Hannah's approach aligns with your needs.

The number of sessions varies based on individual needs and therapeutic goals. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others may engage in longer-term work. Hannah will regularly review progress with you and adjust the treatment plan as necessary.
