Yes. You can choose online or in-person therapy. In-person sessions are available in London at Oxford Circus or South Kensington. We can talk through what suits you best.
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your background, and what you want to change. You can also ask questions and see if the approach feels like a good fit.
Most sessions last 50 minutes. That gives you enough time to talk things through and keep the work focused.
It depends on you and your goals. Some people only need a few sessions. Others benefit from longer-term work. We’ll review your progress regularly and adjust things as needed.
Yes. I offer couples counselling for partners who want better communication, less conflict, and a stronger connection. I use the Gottman Method alongside evidence-based tools to support both of you.
I mainly use CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. I tailor sessions to you, so we use what fits best rather than one fixed way of working.

Yes. What you share stays private, with a few legal and safety exceptions. I can talk you through those before we start.
